2011 Desk Reference: Criminal Investigation Procedures 2011

It is important that police officers remain up to date in the ever-changing field of criminal investigations and constitutional law governing such areas as arrest, interviewing and interrogation, and search and seizure. This Manual was prepared in an effort to assist departments in carrying out their training responsibilities.
